Pegasus Apart-Hotel Melbourne

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is great, situated in a predominantly Asian area and close to Victoria Markets and trams, yet in a nice and quiet area. The staff accommodated our early check-in request and were very helpful, however, one person on the reception desk was not trained in customer service. The room amenities were fantastic, with a kitchenette including electric kettle and cookware, a dining table, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The facilities were also amazing with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa & wellness centre, and fitness centre. The hotel also provides leisure/TV rooms, toys and a meeting room.

This hotel is highly recommended for others who want to stay in this area.

We loved the large and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with great facilities and toiletries offered by the hotel. Beds were comfortable, with 2 pillows per person. The day and night blinds blocked out light really well, perfect for a comfortable sleep in. The hotel has a lot to offer with pool, sauna, and gym to access as well as breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening. The friendly and helpful staff provided an amazing experience. Best of all, the hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to markets and parks, as well as to the city circle tram and transportation to the airport.

The location is perfect for those who enjoy a quieter part of the bustling downtown area. It's conveniently close to the Victorian market, which makes for a fun and lively experience. The rooms were immaculate and the bed super comfortable. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests and making guests feel welcomed.

The lack of restaurant or cafe facilities might be disappointing for some travelers.

Comfortable bed and spacious room provided a great night's sleep during our romantic escape. Attentive and helpful staff members made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Fantastic location near shops and restaurants, great to easily explore and indulge in local cuisine.

Lacking kitchen utensils made it difficult for us to prepare meals in the room, limiting our options for dining. Poor internet connectivity made it challenging to stay connected and get work done.

Modern and clean, excellent service, nice bar and restaurant, private car park. Great pool and spa, very helpful staff, quiet location but close to central areas and public transport. Fresh produce available nearby for cooking in the room. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Great value for money with comfortable beds, spacious apartments, and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to Queen Vic Markets and a fantastic cafe.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
